Tickets On Sale for Pilchuck Open House July 16

Tickets are now on sale for the annual Pilchuck Open House on July 16 fro12-5pm.

• Watch hot glass demonstrations by renowned artists.
• Experience docent-led tours of our facilities and scenic campus.
• Browse the Pilchuck Gallery Art Sale.
• Participate in hands-on glassmaking activities. ($10 – $80)
• Enjoy food concessions that will be available for purchase.

General Admission: $25 includes docent-led tours. Children 5 and under are free.

May 5

17th Annual Children’s Art Walk from 6 – 9 pm. Whatcom County students will display their works of art  presented by Allied Arts of Whatcom County at 1418 Cornwall in Bellingham. There will be a number of activities for kids and adults, music, and more to celebrate the arts in schools. In addition, Allied Arts Gallery  will feature professional work by Allied Arts Teaching Artists in Whatcom County. Art will stay on display through May 31 in honor of the state wide Arts Education Month.


May 6-7 and May 13-14

Vashon Island Art Studio Tour from 10am – 5pm- Vashon Island artists collectively throw open their studio doors to the public. Founded in the 1970’s by several dedicated artists, the tour has grown to over 100 artists. Colorful brochures with maps and studio descriptions are available at most Vashon Island businesses.
